About
Built by operators who run their own lead machine.
Insurance Marketing Co is a United States marketing company that builds and runs client-acquisition systems for licensed insurance agents and agencies. It is operated by the same team that runs a live final-expense and senior-market lead operation, and it sells marketing programs — websites, search and AI-search visibility, paid ads, follow-up and reporting — rather than leads.

Insurance Marketing Co exists because of a gap we kept seeing: the agencies selling "insurance marketing" had never actually run an insurance lead campaign. We come at it from the other direction. We run a live final-expense lead operation — buying media, writing compliant ads, dialing telesales, and tracking every lead to a closed policy. The agency is us packaging that same machine for agents in every line of business.
Where our authority comes from
We built our edge in the hardest corner of insurance: the senior market. Final expense and Medicare carry the strictest compliance (CMS, TCPA), the thinnest margins, and the toughest lead economics there are. An engine that stays profitable there transfers to every other line — and we still run ours daily. That's why we now run the same system for agents in life, IUL, annuity, mortgage protection, ACA/health, auto, home, and P&C: the discipline is proven where it's hardest first, in final expense and Medicare.
What running our own book actually means
It is not a positioning line, it is a daily loop, and it is the reason the advice on this site is specific. Every week the same four things happen against our own money:
- We buy the media. Campaigns are written, launched, and killed on our own budget — which means we have paid for the bad creative, the wrong audience, and the platform policy rejection before anyone hires us to avoid them.
- We write the compliant version. Consent language, disclosures, and the claims you cannot make in senior-market advertising are drafted to survive review, not to maximise clicks and apologise later.
- We work the leads on the phone. Speed to lead, dial cadence, and what happens on contact attempt seven are operational realities, not slide content. Agencies that have never dialled a list optimise the wrong half of the funnel.
- We track to the policy. The number that matters is cost per issued policy, not cost per click or per form fill. Every engagement we sell is instrumented to reach that number, because that is the number we manage our own operation on.
How an engagement runs
- Teardown first, proposal second. We start with a lead-engine teardown — 15 minutes on your funnel, spend, and close rate — because most agents are wrong about which part is actually leaking.
- Build and instrument in your accounts. Sites, landing pages, ad accounts, and tracking go up under your ownership, not ours. If you leave, the assets stay yours. That is a deliberate constraint on our own business and it is the honest test of whether an agency is building or renting.
- Run one program, not a stack of vendors. The services we run ship as a single managed program at a published price, so nothing depends on you coordinating an SEO freelancer, a web guy, and a media buyer who never speak.
- Report to the sale. Monthly, on cost per lead and cost per sale. We anchor promises on the compounding work — websites, SEO, AI-search visibility, content — and set plain expectations on paid media, where the auction moves regardless of who runs it.
What we don't do
The fastest way to understand an agency is to read what it refuses. Ours is written down:
- Sell leads. That's a different product. getinsureleads, our sister company, sells them direct — we route agents there instead of dressing a lead buy up as a retainer.
- Give licensed advice. You hold the licences and the compliance obligation. We build marketing assets; your counsel or carrier approves scripts and disclosures.
- Guarantee policy counts. We commit to a plan, a spend, and a measurement line. Nobody honest guarantees an outcome that depends on your close rate and the auction.
- Lock you in. Programs run month to month. The reporting either earns the next month or it doesn't.
- Publish numbers we can't stand behind. Client figures appear only once that client clears them. Until then case files are labelled as models, and our own book's numbers stay off the site until they're audited.
That last one has a visible cost. Our case files are labelled as models and our proof strip stays qualitative, which looks weaker than a competitor's round numbers — and it is the only version we're willing to publish until the receipts are real.
Compliance note: we provide marketing services. Agents are the licensed parties; we don't give regulated insurance advice.
