Privacy policy

Effective July 27, 2026

This policy covers www.insurancemarketingco.com and the information you send us through it. It describes what this site actually does, not a generic template. Nothing is collected until you choose to submit a form.

What we collect

The forms on our contact page and the free marketing audit page ask for:

  • Name — required.
  • Work email — required; this is how we reply.
  • Agency website — optional; used to run the teardown you asked for.
  • Message — on the contact form, whatever you choose to write.
  • Primary line — on the audit form, optional (final expense, Medicare, life, annuity, and so on).
  • Which pricing tier you came from — sent automatically as a hidden field when you start the form from a tier button on the pricing page, so we quote the right program. It is not personal information about you.

Your submission also carries the technical metadata any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser user-agent, which our form processor may retain in its own logs. We do not ask for and have no use for policyholder records, health information, Social Security numbers, or payment details. Please do not send them through this site.

Who processes it

  • Formspree receives every form submission and forwards it to us by email. Your data sits in Formspree's systems under Formspree's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Calendly handles scheduling if you use the booking link. Calendly collects the name, email, and meeting time you give it directly.
  • No analytics or advertising trackers. This site currently loads no tracking scripts and sets no cookies.

What we do with it, and what we never do

We use what you send to reply to you, prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, and follow up about that request. Restating the promise printed under every form on this site, verbatim: Consent isn't a condition of any purchase, and we never sell your data. We do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers, or lead buyers, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used under California law.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted — unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for the life of the engagement and as long afterward as tax and contract obligations require.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time and at no cost. Send the request through the contact form with "privacy request" in the message. We reply within 30 days and only need enough detail to find your record — usually the email address you originally submitted.

Notice at collection — California residents

The CCPA/CPRA requires this notice at or before the point of collection. The categories we collect are identifiers (name, email, agency website URL, IP address) and commercial information (the insurance line and message content you volunteer). We collect them for the business purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing marketing services, we retain them for the period stated above, and we do not sell or share personal information, including that of anyone under 16. You may exercise your rights to know, delete, correct, and limit through the channel above, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed to anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles data, we change this page and move the effective date at the top. Material changes take effect when posted. Our terms of service cover the engagement itself.
